摘    要:基于传统的CSP连铸连轧生产线液压系统的油液监测都是送样到实验室中检测,进行油液理化指标、污染度和磨损颗粒分析,从而不能很好的对油液和机械设备的状态实时监测。为了克服油液离线检测的局限性,文中提出了液压系统油液在线监测的新思路,并对系统的设计、开发进行相关的研究。

Abstract:In the past,we sent the oil samples to the lab to analysis physicochemical properties,cleanness and wear particles,so as to monitor the hydraulic system of CSP slab continues casting and rolling line,however,this method can't provide real-time monitoring.In order to overcome the limitations of oil offline detection,this article put forward a new ways to monitor the hydraulic system,also do related research about the system's design and development.
