小负载双缸液压同步系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了一种针对小负载的双缸液压同步系统。根据安装空间较小,行程长的特点,采用两级伸缩套筒式液压缸作为执行机构;通过对几种成本较低,同步精度较高的同步方式进行比较,采用同步马达作为同步措施;针对同步马达回路产生的累积误差,设计液压回路进行消除。该系统经过安装试验,工作稳定,同步精度较高,满足系统工作要求。

Abstract:A double Cylinder hydraulic synchronization system for light loads is introduced.According to small installing space and long travel route,the system take two-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder as the executing agency.Synchronous motor comparing with several synchronous measures which is low cost and high precision is took.The hydraulic circuit is designed to eliminate the cumulative error which come from synchronous motor circuit.The system which has been installed and tested can meet the requirements of ...
