数据融合技术在液压挖掘机质量诊断中的应用

摘    要:随着多传感器复杂大系统的不断出现,多传感器数据融合技术已受到广泛关注。在分析数据融合基本原理和结构形式的基础上,建立了液压挖掘机故障诊断的数据融合模型,结合虚拟仪器技术对诊断数据进行了融合分析,并应用于液压系统供油主路故障诊断实验,给出了阀芯位移与故障映像流程图和供油主路诊断流程图,结果表明该方法较好地满足了液压挖掘机质量诊断的需要,具有一定的有效性和实用性。
