矿用卸载阀结构参数的优化研究

摘    要:本文在AMESim平台上运用遗传算法优化原理,对卸载阀进行节能分析,降低了卸载阀卸载时的能量损耗。将AMESim优化结果导入到Fluent中进行流场分析,结果表明,增大主阀半锥角,使阀产生气穴的区域明显减小,同时也降低了阀口处的湍流强度。本文分析的结果对卸载阀新样机的设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Thesis studied energy-saving features of unloading valve using genetic algorithms optimization theory in AMESim platform,reducing energy loss when unloading.The optimization results show that when the results in AMESim imported into Fluent,the cavitation region and the turbulence intensity at the valve port have been significantly reduced when increasing the main valve half-cone angle.The analyzes results of the thesis has a certain reference value in new unloading valve prototype.
