| 摘 要： | 本文提出了传统ＧＩＳ应用系统开发中所存在的问题，以此介绍了ＧＩＳ构件在应用系统开发中的特点，并以ＭａｐＩｎｆｏ公司的构件产品 ＭａｐＸ为例，详细阐述 ＴＧＩＳ构件在城镇公安综合管理信息系统（ＰＳＧＩＳ）中的应用。
