四氧化三锰超细粉体的制备

摘    要:在采用金属锰水解并氧化制备电子级四气化三锰的工艺,存在着四氧化三锰粉末团聚的问题。通过试验和性能测试,研究了反应过程中pH值对团聚状态及不同表面活性剂对产品比表面积的影响;并选择了合适的干燥方法,以防止干燥时硬团聚体的形成,可使产品粉末粒度分布均匀,比表面积达到12m^2/g以上,团聚粒径为亚微米级。

Abstract:In the process of preparing electronic grade mangano manganic oxide by the hydrolysis and oxidation of metal manganese exists the problem of the agglomeration of mangano manganic oxide.The effect of pH value on the agglomeration state and the effect of various surfactants on the specific surface area in the reaction process were studied through experiment and performance testing.Appropriate dring method was selected so as th avoid the formation of hard agglomerate and make the powder product size uniform.The specific surface area is over 12m 2/g and the agglomerate is of submicro size.
