应力腐蚀的教训

摘    要:对应力腐蚀导致酸洗车间坍塌的事故进行分析,认为盐酸酸洗过程中大量的酸雾对屋盖的主要材料混凝土、钢筋及骨架材料预应力钢绞线造成腐蚀,导致混凝土酸化严重,钢绞线直径从5.0mm腐蚀为1.0mm,最终导致厂房坍塌。同时对预应力混凝土结构、钢绞线选择等方面提出技术要求和技术规范。

Abstract:To analyze accident of the collapse of pickling workshop led by stress corrosion. It is indicated that a great deal of acid fog corrodes roof materials such as concrete, reinforcement and prestressed stranded wire for skeleton material of concrete in the course of hydrochloric acid pickling, which bring on serious acidification of concrete, the diameter of stranded wire was corroded from 5.0 mm to 1.0 mm, the workshop collapse was brought on in the end. The technology demand and criterion of prestressed concrete structure and stranded wire selection and so on are put forward.
