| 摘 要： | 利用城镇数字化地籍调查成果，剖析了城市现有存量土地的分布状况及产生原因，并以城镇数字化地籍调查提供的数据及相关资料为依据，提出了提高城市土地利用率，改善城市土地利用结构的可行性建议。

| Abstract: | By using the digitized cadastral survey results of cities and towns, tbe distribution condition and cause of engendering of the present land remainder in cities are analyzed. Also, based on the data and related informations provided by the digitized cadastral survey of cities and towns, feasible recommendations for enhancing the city land utilization and improving utilization structure are proposed. |
