等离子体隐身对飞行器表面的影响研究

摘    要:针对等离子体在飞行器隐身中的应用.建立了等离子体与飞行器表面碰撞作用的模型.分析了碰撞所产生的等离子体能量和角度分布.计算了注入等离子在飞行器表面的浓度分布及溅射额随鞘层电场的变化,讨论等离子注入后所引起的晶格损伤、崩溃及在飞行器表面可能形成的针孔、气泡等.计算了离子体与飞行器表面碰撞产生的加热功率和离子注入温升.分析了离子注入对飞行器表面产生的各种影响。研究表明,隐身中的等离子体会对飞行器表面造成影响.但影响程度取决于离子的能量、密度和方向等。

Abstract:Account to the plasma stealth application, this article found a model about collide between plasma and aircraft surface, analysis the distribution of energy and angle which caused by particle collide, calculate distribution of plasma density and spatter quantum vary along with sheath electric field, discuss the crystal lattice damage collapse and pinhole air and bubble on aircraft surface which caused by ion infuse, compute pyrogenation power result in collide, analysis the influence of ion infuse, This research demonstrate that plasma in the stealth application can affect our aircraft which depend on the density, energy and angle of the plasma.
