摘    要:以表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)水溶液为萃取剂,采用微波辅助提取海红果渣中的果胶,系统考察了SDS浓度、p H、微波时间、料液比、提取温度等因素的影响,并通过响应面法对提取工艺进行了优化,得出最佳工艺条件为表面活性剂浓度为0.8%,提取温度为50℃,料液比为1∶15,微波时间为14min,p H为2.0,重复提取两次,在该条件下,海红果渣中果胶得率为16.1%。与拟合的二次回归模型预测值基本相符。

Abstract:The effect of Sodium dodecyl sulfate ( SDS) concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction solventvolume on the extraction process of Pectin Sodium dodecyl sulfate ( SDS) as theextractant from Malus micromalus Makino with the microwave- assisted extraction technology were investigated systemati- cally in this paper. The extraction parameters were optimized by the response surface methodology. The optimum conditions were as follows: SDS concentration was 0.8%, extraction temperature was 50℃, the volume of extraction solvent used per gram dried Malus micromalus Makino was 15 m L, extraction time was 14 min, extraction p H value was 2.0.Repeated extraction for two times and the extraction rate was up to 16.1%.The predictionvalues of the fitted quadratic regressionmodelwell agreedwith the experimental values.
