核燃料

在法国核然料工业组织中,法杰马公司主要销售燃料组件。法比燃料公司(FBFC)的3个从属工厂都负责燃料组件的制造,该公司每年生产装铀量为1500t 的燃料组件。自1985年以来,法杰马公司又销售先进燃料组件(AFA)。该 AFA 的主要特点是使用了锆合金定位格架和可拆式上、下管嘴。大亚湾核电站要用的燃料组件正是该种与一般组件不同的先进燃料组件。法杰马公司采用钆作可燃毒物,以保证燃料组件的良好特性。近来该公司又推出混合氧化物燃料组件(MOX)。由于法杰马公司在设计和制造的各阶段都严格遵守了质量保证和质量控制制度,所以其产品质量优良、可靠性好。展望未来,法杰马公司将与法国核燃料工业中的其它集团一起,努力为用户提供尽可能好的产品。

Nuclear Fuel

Within the French industrial organization for nuclear fuel,Fragema,an equally owned Cogema-Framatome joint venture,is responsible for mar-keting fuel assemblies for French and foreign reactors.It relies on Fra-matome's Fuel Division for product development,as well as for contractmanagement and followup.The fuel assemblies are manufactured in three factories belonging toFBFC(Franco-Belge de Fabrication de Combustible),whose overall produc-tion capacity is 1500 tonnes of contained uranium per year.Since 1985,Fragema has been marketing and selling the Advanced FuelAssembly or AFA,whose main features are its zircaloy grids and remov-able top and bottom nozzles.It is this product,which exists for severaldifferent fuel assembly arrays and heights,that will be employed in thereactors at Daya Bay.Fragema employs gadolinium as the consumable poison,to enable high-performance fuel management.More recently,the company has suppliedfuel assemblies of the mixed-oxide(MOX)and enriched reprocessed uraniumtype.The reliability level of the fuel sold by Fragema is one of the high-est in the world,thanks in particular to the excellence of the qualityassurance and quality control programs that have been implemented at allstages of its design and manufacture.Ever looking to the future,Fragema,along with its partners in the French nuclear fuel industry,is pursuing amajor research and development effort,to remain always ready to supplyits customers with the best possible products.
