风机用单相异步电机的设计与分析

摘    要:单相异步电机是常用的一种电机,具有成本低、控制简单的优点。基于Ansoft/Maxwell有限元分析软件建立异步电机的二维模块,分别使运转电容C取不同的值,获得电机的性能参数(Tav、IA、IB、θ),综合对比性能参数得到最佳运转电容C值。为单相异步电机运行电容C值的确定提供一个参考方法,具有一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Single-phase induction motor is a kind of common motor,and it has advantages of low cost and simple control. Two-dimensional modules of the motor were built based on Ansoft / Maxwell finite-element analysis software,the performance parameters of the motor( Tav,IA,IB and θ) were obtained by separately using different running value of capacitor C. In comprehensive comparison of performance parameters,the best running value of capacitor C can be got. This paper provides the reference method for determining single-phase induction motor running value of capacitor C,it has certain theoretical value.
