基于三坐标测量机的曲面测量规划方法

摘    要:在三坐标测量中,测量路径的优化是实现曲面自动测量的基础。分析综述了常用的几种测量路径优化方法后,本文提出一种基于多项式法的三次样条插值法。通过实例的测量验证,并与多项式法进行比较,证实三次样条插值法可大大提高三坐标测量机的测量精度和效率。

Abstract:In three-coordinate measurement,measuring path optimization is a basis for automatic measurement of free-form.In this paper,several typical methods for measuring path planning are presented and analysed,and a cubic spline interpolation based on the polynomial method is developed.According to this method,a entity had been measured and the data been compared with which was acquired using the polynomial method.Validation test shows that this method can enhance the metrical precision and efficiency.
