激光硬化技术用于电站部件的可行性

摘    要:用不同参数的激光束对GCr15钢试样表面进行激光化处理,分析被处理表面的组织状态,热影响区以及硬化层深度等参数,对激光硬化技术能否有效地应用于电站部件进行可行性研究。试验结果表明,经合适的激光硬化工艺处理,材料表面可获得以淬火马氏体为主的组织,表面硬度大幅度提高,达HK950kgj/mm^2(相当于HRC>68),硬化厚度约0.75mm,与堆焊等传统技术相比,其体与硬化层中间的热影响区小(0.25mm0,无粗大的魏氏组织,硬化层与基体结合良好,完全可应用于电站部件的硬化处理。

Abstract:By changing laser beam treatment parameters to hardening metallic surface for the GCr15 steel examples analyses metallic surface structure,heat-effected zone,depth of harding layer,sothat.feasibility study on laser hardening technology for power plant comporents.Analyses from test results,by proper laser harding treatment,metallic surface structure in changed mostly to quenching mortensite,metallic surface hardness increasing up to HK 950 kgf/mm2 (HRC>68),thickness of hardening layer approach to 0.75mm,and compares laser hardening technolgy with build up welding technique,heat-effected zone between base and hardening layer is small-scale,without thick widmanstatten stracture,and hardening layer is combined closely with metall base.The method proved is suitable to apply to power plant comporents.
