| 摘 要： | 本文从中国土地复垦和农村城镇化发展的现状入手，简要分析了在土地复垦中推进农村城镇化建设的内涵，论证了以土地复垦为契机、以农业产业化为突破口，结合小城镇规划，在土地复垦中推进农村城镇化建设的可行性，并提出了可采取的措施和建议。
