芳烃抽提蒸馏装置原始开工问题分析及对策

Analysis and countermeasure about extractive distillation unit original start operation

This thesis have introduced the problems and solving way which happened in the original start operation of 90 Million tons per year extractive distillation unit in PetroChina of Sichuan Petrochemical.With refining the start operation system,changing the technology dominating condition,refining the te.chnology operating parameters we overcome many problems such as original material out of design value,low purity of aromatic raffinate,fluctuation of extractive distillation tower top pressure.Safety,environmental protection,green,efficient first start operation was succeeded.
