膜式LNG储罐工程建设技术可行性与经济性研究

摘    要:从膜式LNG储罐工程建设的技术可行性着手,对设计和施工方案进行了对比,研究了工期和关键路径,着眼降低成本、提高运营效率,对比了膜式储存系统与全容式系统的安全性,研究了不锈钢膜片与保冷材料的模块化和预制策略。该方案实施后,可大大降低现场安装和焊接工程量,有效缩减工期、保障施工安全。

Abstract:Based on the engineering feasibihty and constructability of membrane LNG tank, the design and construction schemes are compared, and the time limit for a project and critical path are studied. The security of membrane storage system and full contain- ment system is compared from cost and efficiency of operation. The modularized and prefabricated methods of stainless steel membrane and cold insulation materials are studied. Applying membrane LNG tank, the field installation and welding quantities are greatly re- duced, the time limit for a project is cut short, and the security of construction is guaranteed.
