摘    要:1,2-二氯丙烷是氯醇法生产环氧丙烷的主要副产物,可以通过精制回收。分别采用直接精馏和水洗后精馏的方法对1,2-二氯丙烷的回收进行了研究。试验结果表明:水洗后精馏回收效果更好。对副产物水洗后精馏过程进行了模拟与优化,考察了理论塔板数、进料位置和塔顶(塔底)采出量对二氯丙烷回收的影响,得到了较适宜的工艺条件,在此条件下可获得质量分数99.85%的二氯丙烷。

Abstract:1,2-Dichloropropane is main by-product of producing propylene oxide by chlorohydrin method that can be recovered by purification. The recovery of 1,2-dichloropropane by direct distillation and distillation after water washing are studied. The results show that the effect of distillation after water washing is better. The process of distillation of by-products after water washing is simulated and optimized. The effects of the number of theoretical plates, feed entrance point and produced quantity of tower top (bottom) on the re- covery of diehloropropane are investigated. The optimum conditions are obtained and the mass fraction of diehloropropaue can reach 99.85%.
