纳米TiO_2/电气石光催化性能的影响研究

摘    要:本研究系统分析了纳米TiO2/电气石复合光催化材料脱色甲基橙(MO)的主要影响因素,实验研究发现:制备条件为烧结温度550℃、烧结时间2.5h时,制得的复合样品具有最佳的光催化效果。催化剂用量和溶液pH值的最佳值分别为3g·L-1和7,此时MO脱色率达到最大值。随着反应时间的增加和MO初始浓度的降低,MO脱色率均呈增加的趋势。

Abstract:In this study,the main affecting parameters on the photocatalytic activity of nano TiO2/schorl composite for the discoloration of Methyl Orange(MO) were systematically investigated.The composite sintered at 550 ℃ for 2.5h exhibited the best photocatalytic activity.The optimal values of photocatalyst dosage and solution pH were 3.0g·L-1 and 7,respectively.With the increase in reaction time and decrease in MO initial concentration,the MO discoloration ratio increased.
