| 摘 要： | 随着基因组研究的深入和生物信息学的发展，对基因调控信息的分析和应用引起人们越来越多的重视。客观要求我们建立起一套能够广泛搜集信息并实现信息共享，同时利用分析工具对基因调控信息进行分析的研究机制，进而能从现有信息中进一步获得更深层次的基因知识。GRI是一套建立在后台Oracle关系型数据库及前台Web技术的基础上、以基因调控信息为主的集成数据库系统，它具有搜集各类基因调控信息、进行数据动态更新、为用户提供信息查询的功能，同时具有基因调控信息分析和数据挖掘等功能。

| Abstract: | With the development of genomics and Bioinformatics,more and more researchers focus on analysis and applications of generegulation information.We need a set of mechanism to collect,analyze and share this information so as to get further knowledge.GRIis an integrated database system of gene regulation information,which is based on ORACLE and Web technique for database supportand applications.It has many functions including data collection,dynamic data-updating,data query and release.GRI also providessome data analysis and data mining service for users to find relationships between gene regulation information. |
