| 摘 要： | 本研究将二羟甲基丙酸与磺酸相结合的水溶解工艺引入聚氨酯加脂剂中，将含脂量由40%左右提高到60%，本文着重讨论了TDI加入量、不饱和脂肪酸加入量及羧基含量对产品性能的影响，并通过红外光谱证实了所引入基团的存在。

| Abstract: | This papers lead aqueous soluted technology combined by DMPA and sulfonic acid into polyurethane fatliquor, and raise fat content from 40% to 60%. It discusses the effect of the adding amount of TDI and unsaturated fatty acid, content of COO - on properties of the final product. The leaded group is proved to be exist by IR analysis. |
