透气度、气孔孔径对中间包涂料抗爆裂性及抗渣渗透性的影响

摘    要:研究了透气度、气孔孔径对镁质中间包涂料抗裂性及抗渣渗透性的影响。结果表明,透气度的提高对改善镁质中间包涂料的抗爆裂性有利,而气孔孔径是涂料抗渣渗渗透性的敏感影响因素,气孔孔径的减小可以明显地改善涂料的抗渣渗透性。

Abstract:This paper studies the influence of Peme-ability and pore size on explosive spalling resistance and slag penetration resistance of magnesia based coatings for tundish.The results indicate that increasing of pemeability is favourable to the improvement of explosive spalling resistance.It is also found that pore size is an sensitive factor to slag penetration resistance,the reduction in the pore size can improve the slag penetration resistance significantly.
