摘    要:运用图像处理、模式识别和地理信息系统(GIS)技术进行森林火灾自动判别,在GIS中自动识别并定位火点.当识别为疑似火情时自动锁定云台并进行防火报警.通过数字云台传回的方位角和俯仰角数据与防火地理信息系统进行连接,计算森林火灾发生的具体位置并进行火点空间定位以辅助森林防火指挥决策.

Abstract:Based on image processing technology, pattern recognition technology and Geographic Information System (GIS), forest fire can be automatically distinguished and positioned. And when doubted fire was discerned, it would automatically lock the camera terrace then give a fire alarm. At the same time, it connected to the fireproofing GIS system though the data of azimuth angle and pitch angle transmitted by the digital camera terrace, the fireproofing GIS system would calculate the definite position of forest fire and fire spot spatial position. This method is helpful to forest fire prevention direction and decision.
