铁精矿铁品位与二氧化硅含量关系的研究

摘    要:铁精矿质量只用铁品位来衡量是不完全的,应该用TFe、SiO2等含量来评价。针对铁精矿铁品位与二氧化硅含量关系,对鞍钢大孤山选厂、东鞍山烧结厂、齐大山选厂的铁精矿物相、所有铁矿物的综合理论品位及综合铁精矿分析情况进行了分析研究,得出了大孤山选厂、东鞍山烧结厂、齐大山选厂的铁精矿品位与铁矿物含量关系式及铁精矿品位与二氧化硅含量的关系式,对今后指导矿山的生产,具有重要意义。

Abstract:It is uncomplete to use only iron grade to evaluate the quality of iron concentrate. Both TFe and SiO 2 contents should be considered for the evaluation. Aiming at the relationship between the iron grade and silicon dioxide content in iron concentrate, study was made on the mineralogical phase of iron concentrate, comprehensive theoretical grade of all iron minerals and comprehensive analysis results of composite iron concentrates of Dagushan Concentrator, Donganshan Sintering Plant and Qidashan Concentrator of An Steel. As a result, the relationships of the grade with the iron mineral content and with the silicon dioxide content in their iron concentrates were obtained, which are of important significance to the guidance of future production of mines.
