涠洲12-1N油田复杂事故井套管开窗侧钻工艺设计与作业实践

摘    要:涠洲12-1N油田断层多,构造复杂,加上涠二段硬脆性泥页岩的存在,使得该油田第一批钻井作业时井下事故率达40%,其中B1井由于井壁失稳引起井垮、井塌和卡钻等井下复杂事故,具有较强的代表性。文中结合涠洲12-1N油田特点,以B1井为背景,介绍了复杂事故井套管开窗侧钻从准备到实施的整个工艺流程和技术措施。涠洲12-1N油田第二批钻井作业(共10余口井)事故率为零。B1井套管开窗侧钻作业实践对今后类似作业具有很好的指导和借鉴作用。

Abstract:The downhole accident rate is up to 40% during the drilling of the first batch of wells in WZ12-1N oilfield because of many faults and complicated geologic structure,especially the existence of hard and fragile mud shale in the second member of Weizhou Formation.Well B1 is a typical accidental well in which the collapses and sticking occurred due to hole instability.This article introduces the engineering flow and technical measures for casing side-tracking of complicated accidental wells according to well B1 and characteristics of WZ12-1N oilfield.Well accident rate in the drilling of the second batch of production wells(more than 10 wells) in WZ12-1N oilfield is zero.The practice of casing side-tracking in well B1 is a good reference for other similar operations in the future.
