| Abstract: | Convergence and real-time is the direction of charging system in 3G mobile network. This paper prompt a kind of online charging system (OCS) solution based on the reference OCS structure defined in 3GPP standard. The convergent charging system has realized convergent charging of voice & data services, mobile & fixed network services. In the end of this paper gives the evolution of this system. |
