| 摘 要： | 厚度精度是热轧带钢产品质量的重要指标,厚度精度控制的好坏直接影响到带钢使用性能及连续自动冲压后步工序,此外厚度偏差对节约金属影响也很大。AGC系统是热连轧精轧机组自动控制中一个极为重要的组成部分,是提高热轧带钢全长厚度精度的主要手段。介绍了莱钢1500mm热轧生产线AGC系统的工作原理及应用效果。

| Abstract: | Strip thickness accuracy is an important index of product quality,thickness accuracy control affects strip performance and continuous automatic stamping process,besides,the thickness deviation,has the big effects in saving metal material.AGC system is an important part of strip automatic control,and is a main means to improve the accuracy of strip stretches thickness.The development and application of AGC system in Laigang 1500mm hot strip mill are introduced,and the application of AGC system has good reference value. |
