红树植物红海榄叶中总生物碱提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究了用酸性醇回流法提取红海榄叶中总生物碱的工艺条件。结果表明,红海榄叶中总生物碱的最佳提取工艺条件是:以料液比1:2,在pH值1.0~3.0的酸性醇溶液中,回流提取3h,测得提取所得总生物碱含量为0.17%。

Abstract:The extraction technology on how to use the acidity alcohol to extract the total alkaloid in the leaves of the mangrove plants Rhizophora stylosa was researched.The results showed that the best extraction conditions of total alkaloid in Rhizophora stylosa were as follows: the acidity alcohol as extractant with pH 1.0~3.0,and ratio of material to liquid 1:2,and recirculating time 3.0h.The total alkaloid content was 0.17% that was determined.
