菜籽粕混菌发酵脱毒研究

摘    要:对黑曲霉、酵母菌、木霉3种菌种进行不同配比,接入菜籽粕发酵培养基进行发酵培养,通过测定发酵后菜籽粕培养基中的硫苷含量,获得一组发酵效果较好的菌株组合,即黑曲霉∶酵母菌∶木霉的配比为1∶2∶1,温度30℃,发酵87 h后硫苷降解率达到89.49%。

Abstract:Aspergillus niger,Saccharomycetes,Trichoderma spp.were matched differently and ferment cultivated after inserted into rapeseed dregs fermentation medium.Through the determination of glucosinolates content in rapeseed dregs fermentation medium after fermentation,a better group of bacterial strain was obtained as following: 1∶2∶1 of the ratio of Aspergillus niger: Saccharomycetes: Trichoderma spp.,30 ℃ of the fermentation temperature and fermenting for 87 hours,the degradation rate of glucosinolates is 89.49%.
