基于Matlab无刷直流电动机控制系统建模仿真的新方法

摘    要:在分析无刷直流电动机数学模型的基础上,提出了一种基于MATLAB的无刷直流电动机控制系统建模仿真的新方法。该仿真模型由独立的功能模块整合而成,其中电机本体和逆变系统模型采用SimPowerSystems中的电力电子元件搭建,可以真实反映中点电压的实际情况。梯形波反电势、反馈电流和换相逻辑模块采用simulink中的查表库模块建模,简单易行,便于替换和修改。仿真结果验证了仿真模型的有效性和正确性。

Abstract:Based on the mathematical model of the Brushless DC motor(BLDCM),a novel method for modeling and simulation of BLDCM control system under Matlab is proposed.The simulation model is composed of some isolated functional blocks.The BLDCM model and the inverter model are established by electronic components in SimPowerSystems to ensure that the actual situation of midpoint voltage can be reflected accurately.The trapezoidal back-EMF,the feedback current and the commutation logic are modeled by using look-up tables in Simulink and can be easily replaced and modified.The simulation results verified the reasonability and validity of the simulation model.
