往复泵泵阀阀面应力计算方法探讨

摘    要:通过对确定往复泵泵阀阀面应力计算方法的较为深入的探讨,认为直接导用阿道尔夫方法计算阀面动载荷是不可取的,并对阿道尔夫公式进行了修正。修正后的公式可以比较准确地反映泵阀的实际工作情况。还给出了另一种计算泵阀动载荷的方法——动载系数法,该方法计算简单,便于在工程上应用。

An Investigation into the Method of Calculating the Stress on the Cone Surface of a Reciprocating Pump Valve
Abstract:Through an investigation conducted into the method of calculating the stress on the cone surface of a reciprocating pump valve, the authors think that it is not desirable to calculate the dynamic load on valve surface straight with the Adolph 's method and submit some modification to the Adolph's formula. The modified formula represents much more accurately the actual working condition of the pump valve. In addition, another method for determining the dynamic load on the pump valve, i. e. the dynamic load coefficient method, is presented in this paper, which is very simple and convenient for engineering computing.
