灵芝菌丝体液体深层发酵研究进展

摘    要:灵芝是我国著名药用真菌,其中的多糖和三萜是有效的抗肿瘤物质,但由于野生灵芝很少,种植灵芝周期长,占地广,受季节影响,难以产业化生产,因而价格昂贵.为了使更多人受惠,利用液体深层培养发酵灵芝菌丝体是目前的重要发展方向.本文将对灵芝菌丝体液体深层发酵进行综述,并作出展望.

Abstract:As the great source of a group of tripenes and biologically active polysaccharides,Ganodema lucidum were used as an anti-tumor medicine and cure some types of cancer.So it enjoyed special veneration in Asia.However,because of the lack of wild one and the difficulty of the cultivation,deep-liquid fermentation was an alternative method.This method in processing Ganoderma Lucidum mycelia will be summarized in this paper.
