二甲醚蒸汽重整制氢PdZn系催化剂

摘    要: 采用沉积沉淀法制备了一系列 PdZn/ZrO2催化剂。将其与二甲醚水解催化剂 ZSM-5/γ A12O3机械混合后用于二甲醚蒸汽重整制氢反应。考察了 Pd 前体、Zn/Pd 摩尔比(n(Zn)/n(Pd))和还原温度对该催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明,在以 PdCl2为前体、n(Zn)/n(Pd)=6时制备的并经400℃还原的 PdZn/ZrO2催化剂与 ZSM-5/γ-A12O3质量比为2的 ZSM-5/γ-A12O3水解催化剂组成的混合催化剂在二甲醚蒸汽重整中具有较高催化活性,二甲醚转化率和 H2产率分别为56.8%和55.7%, CO2选择性可达81.1%。

Abstract:A series of PdZn/ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by deposition-precipitation method, which was mechanical mixed with ZSM-5/γ-A12O3 as the catalysts for steam reforming of dimethyl ether (DME). The effects of palladium precursors, Zn/Pd molar ratio and reduction temperature on the catalytic performance of PdZn/ZrO2 were investigated. The results showed that better performance was obtained when PdCl2 was used as precursor with Zn/Pd mole ratio of 6 and reduced at 400℃, of which DME conversion of 56.8% with hydrogen yield of 55.7% and CO2 selectivity of 81.1% were obtained.
