玫瑰花总黄酮的超声提取工艺

摘    要:探索超声波辅助提取玫瑰花中总黄酮的最优工艺条件.以玫瑰花提取干浸膏中总黄酮的含量为指标,采用单因素和正交试验确定超声波辅助提取玫瑰花总黄酮的工艺条件.优化的工艺条件为提取溶剂乙醇浓度为70%,超声时间为30rnin,料液比(物料重量:溶剂体积)为1:25(g/mL),超声次数为2次.

Abstract:The optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in roses with ultrasonic method was studied.Using the concentration of total flavonoids in dry extract as a major evaluating factor,the extracting preocess was investigated with singal factor and orthogonal experimental method.The optimum condition of extracting the total flavonoids in roses with ultrasonic method were obtained,the concentration of ethanol,the extracting time,the ratio between raw material and solvent and the extraction times were 70 %,30 m...
