摘    要:同时蒸馏萃取技术(SDE)是当今使用极其广泛的样品前处理方法,简要介绍SDE装置的发展以及与其他样品制备技术的联用,阐述了SDE在国内食品香味成分分析中的应用,并对其在食品分析应用中存在的问题进行讨论.

Abstract:Simultaneous Distillation Extraction(SDE) has been widely used as a sampling preparation technique.This review briefly introduces the evolution of SDE equitment and its combination with other sample pretreatment techniques.It also summarizes SDE application and its problems in food aroma components analysis.
