| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了室内空气品质目前的研究状况以及影响室内空气品质的主要的污染物及其对人体的影响，并对深圳市某写字楼室内空气品质有关参数进行实地检测，应用适合我国国情的室内空气品质客观评价的方法与评价标准对该大楼进行客观评价，得出了该楼属Ⅱ级即未污染级的结构并为物业管理单位提出了提高其室内空气品质的建议。
