小口径焊管企业MES现场信号通讯方法的研究

摘    要:针对小口径焊管企业制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)实施过程中的串口通讯问题.利用SPComm控件可实现MES的串口通讯。介绍了MES的五大功能模块及模块构成组件和MES的串口信号通讯流程以及钢管切断机、MES及喷号机之间实现通讯的方法。

Abstract:Addressing the problems concerning the serial communication in the process of operation of the Manufacturing Execution System or MES as used by the small-sized welded pipe plant,the SPComm control device can be used to realize the serial communication of the MES.Described are such aspects as the five major function modules of the MES and the assemblies composed thereof,the process flow of the serial signal communication and the technique for realizing the communications between the pipe cut-off machines,the MES and the marking machine.
