B-H复合型传感结构设计及H线圈校准研究

摘    要:对超微晶合金样片二维高频旋转磁特性测量时所需的传感结构进行了设计,采用针探测技术制作了B传感器,采用线圈法制作H传感器,设计了一种新型B-H复合型磁滞矢量传感器。此外,文章还对H线圈系数的校准做了说明,通过设计一个可以产生交变均匀磁场的改进型亥姆霍兹线圈装置来进行校准实验,并最终确定了H线圈的校准系数。

Abstract:This paper introduces a sensing structure used in the two dimensional high frequency rotating magnetic property measurements for nanocrystalline alloy samples.The B sensor is made by the needle detection technology introduced in this paper and design principle of H sensor is based on the detection coil technology,and design method of B-H composite hysteresis vector sensor is proposed.Furthermore,calibration of H coil coefficient is introduced in this paper.By devising a modified Helmholtz coil device which can produce a uniform alternating magnetic field,calibration test can be carried out to get accurate calibration coefficient of H coil,and calibration of H coil is determined finally.
