无协调控制条件下分布式光伏电源的可接入容量分析

摘    要:为了掌握无协调控制条件下分布式光伏电源接入配电网的容量区域,建立了含负荷和分布式光伏电源的配电网分析模型。并对负荷功率和分布式光伏电源容量沿馈线各6种典型分布,共计36种组合下的电压偏差和电压波动进行了分析,运用不等式关系对分析过程进行了简化,得到了各种组合下较实际情况更严格的分布式光伏电源允许接入的容量约束条件。以10k V城市配电网和农村配电网的典型参数为实例进行了分析,结果表明所建议方法的可行性。

Abstract:In order to obtain the access capacity constraints of distributed photovoltaic power generation under uncoordinated control conditions,the distribution network models including loads and distributed photovoltaic powers are established.The voltage deviation and voltage fluctuation under thirty six situations combined by six typical load distribution patterns and six distributed photovoltaic powers patterns are analyzed.Some inequalities are used to simplify the analyzing process,based on which,the allowed access capacity ranges of distributed photovoltaic powers distribution can be worked out in a little more strict case than the actual situations.The 10kV distribution networks of rural and urban areas with typical parameters are used as the examples to illustrate the proposed approaches in detail,and the results show the feasibility and effectiveness.
