| 摘 要： | 研制开发了一种适合于循环流化床燃煤锅炉的固硫剂,以熟石灰Ca(OH)2]和石灰石(CaCO3)混合作为主固硫剂,蛭石、珍珠岩和Na2CO3作为添加剂.并进行燃煤固硫试验,对其加入量、加入方式和燃烧温度进行了研究.结果表明,当Ca/S=2.25时,加入蛭石(9%蛭石/钙基)、珍珠岩(17%珍珠岩/钙基),并用少量Na2CO3调质,分别可以达到86.4%、84.8%的固硫率. |

| Abstract: | A kind of sulfur-fixed agent which is fit for circulating fluidized-bed boilers was developed using Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3 as the main sulfur-fixed agent,vermiculite,perlite and Na2CO3 as the additives.By doing researches on their adding mass and adding method could get the results that adding vermiculite(9 % vermiculite/Ca-based),perlite(17 % perlite/Ca-based)and modified by Na2CO3 could achieve desulphurization rations 86.4 % and 84.8 % respectively.Being composed of natural minerals,this sulfur-fixed agent had special characters with lower capital cost higher practical value and broader marketing potentiality. |
