免振捣多孔混凝土路用性能研究

摘    要:多孔混凝土采用振动成型不利于路基平整度的保证,基于此提出采用免振捣成型多孔混凝土.试验表明其有较高的强度及排水性能.通过试验及机理分析得出其具有较小的温度及干燥收缩性、良好的抗冻性等路用性能.工程实际应用表明,免振捣多孔混凝土排水基层具有良好的平整度和路用性能.

Abstract:The smoothness of porous concrete base cannot be ensured by using vibration molding method. So porous concrete with non-vibration molding method is put forward. Tests show that the concrete has higher strength and good permeability,the concrete also has good performance as less temperature season shrinkage and good frost resistance.Practicing proved, porous concrete with non-vibration molding permeable base has good smoothness and road performance.
