高面密度纤网水刺加固分层与褶皱效应分析

摘    要:用水刺工艺加固面密度在300g/m2以上的高面密度纤网时,为保证纤维缠结充分,需采用高压水针。若只提高水刺压力,不提高抽吸负压,则会因水针无法穿透纤网造成分层现象,还会因滞留水的影响产生表面褶皱效应。通过试验证实了在提高水刺压力的同时提高抽吸负压的重要性。

Abstract:When the area density of spunlaced webs were more than 300 g/m2,high-pressure spanlacing were needed to insure the fiber’s fully entanglement. If only spunlacing pressure,but not suction negative pressure was increase,the webs would layer due to the water needle not going through the webs,and the webs would fold as a result of retained water. The importance of increasing vacuum suction while increasing water-pressure was proved by experiment.
