摘    要:针对目前滚动活塞式压缩机存在内部泄漏损失多和运动件摩擦损失大的缺陷,提出一种新型全封闭旋转式空调压缩机,该机采用新颖的减摩技术和密封结构,将叶片、端盖与旋转式的缸套紧固连接在一起并同步旋转,消除了这些部件之间的配合间隙,改善了它们之间的摩擦与泄漏状况。介绍了该类压缩机的工作原理和结构特点,探讨了将其作为房间空调器压缩机的设计思路。与传统滚动活塞式压缩机相比,新型旋转式压缩机在减摩、密封、消振、制造以及装配等方面确有其独特之处。

Abstract:A new type of hermetically-sealed rotary compressor for air conditioner was developed to overcome the weaknesses of rolling piston compressor such as severe friction waste and leaking loss. The compressor adopts unique friction-reducing techniques and sealing structures, it fits the cylinder, the blade and the end-plates closely and rotates synchronously, so the fit clearances between the cylinder and the blade and the end-plates is decreased, and the friction and leakage occurred from these elements are completely eliminated. The working principle and structure characteristics of compressor were introduced, and a design method of this compressor used for room air conditioner was discussed. The new type rotary compressor shows some unique advantages in friction reduction, seal property, anti-vibration, manufacturing and assembling techniques in comparison with the conventional rolling piston compressor.
