基于谐衍射特性的红外双波段光学系统设计

摘    要:基于谐衍射光学元件的成像理论,将谐衍射透镜应用在传统红外单波段系统里,设计得到工作波段处于4.4~5.4μm和7.8~8.8μm的红外双波段光学系统。分析了谐衍射光学元件的特性,计算了光学系统的结构参数,并利用软件的多重结构进行了优化。设计结果表明,系统的光学传递函数在两个波段范围内,20 lp/mm时的归一化值均大于0.5,具有良好的成像质量。为红外光学系统的设计提供了一种全新器件。

Abstract:A dual-band IR optic system with bands of 4.4~5.4 μm and 7.8~8.8 μm is designed on the basis of the special properties of Harmonic Diffractive Element(HDE).The HDE element characteristic is analyzed and the structural parameters of the system are calculated.The optimization using multi-configuration in the software has been simultaneously accomplished.The results show that the MTF values are all over 0.5 at the resolution of 20lp/ mm,which displays a good optical performance.The HDE offers a new component for optical designs.
