摘    要:黄埔发电厂5号、6号机组锅炉再热器穿顶棚管常发生开裂爆漏事故,而且查漏工作难度较大。为此,在锅炉再热器冷、热段蒸汽管道加装水压试验用堵阀,以便查找开裂爆漏点。介绍了堵阀的结构特点、工作原理、安装位置、设计选型及安装时的注意事项。实际应用证明,该方法可以及时发现已存在的再热器爆漏隐患,提高了锅炉设备的安全可靠性。

Abstract:In view of the frequent bursting of boiler reheater roof-passing tubes for Units 5 and 6 in Huangpu Power Plant and the difficulty in leakage detection, hydraulic test block valves were added to cold and hot steam piping sections of reheater to facilitate the detection of leakage points. The block valve structural features, working principle, installation positions, type selection and points for attention during installation are described. Practical application shows that the method enables timely discovery of latent leakage troubles existing in reheater and improves the security and reliability of boiler equipment.
