PAN基静电纺纳米纤维毡的预氧化、碳化研究

摘    要:对PAN基静电纺纳米纤维毡进行了预氧化和碳化研究.通过热重分析仪、电子万能试验机、场发射电镜、傅立叶变换红外-拉曼光谱仪、X衍射仪等分析手段对纳米纤维毡、预氧化纤维毡和碳纤维毡进行了表征,研究了热处理过程中聚丙烯腈纳米纤维毡的失重、力学性能变化和结构变化等.

Abstract:The PANis electrospun to nanofiber mat,and the mat is stabilized and carbonized in order to get carbon nanofiber mat.Thermogravi metric analyzer,electronic universal testing machine,field emission-scanning electron microscope,infrared spectrometer and X-ray diffraction meter are employed to characterize the nanofiber mat,the stabilized nanofiber mat and carbonized nanofiber mat.Based on the above characterization,weight loss and chan-ges of mechanical properties and structural changes during thermal treat m...
