电铸技术的研究进展

摘    要:电铸技术是微细制造的重要组成部分,由电铸技术所制备的微细零件和复合材料具有较为广阔的应用前景。对电铸技术及其工艺特点进行了概述,分析了传统电铸工艺的发展及其所存在的问题,介绍了该技术的研究现状及在实际工程中的应用。

Abstract:Electroforming is an important constituent of micro machining, micro-parts and composite obtained by Electroforming have been widely used. Process and characteristics of Electroforming are reviewed. Development and applications in practical engineering of Electroforming are introduced.
