考虑管道中水流气体释放的事故停泵水锤计算分析

摘    要:结合带长水平管道泵系统的特点,探讨了在事故停泵水锤过程中,因气体释放而形成的含气均匀流引起水锤波速的变化,建立了变波速条件下水锤计算数学模型及水泵端的边界条件,计算分析了长管道泵系统的事故停泵水锤过程,同时,根据计算分析的结果,研究了长水平管道泵系统中水锤控制及防护问题.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of pumping system with long horizontal pipeline,the representation of wavespeed which changes with free air volume in liquid gas mixture uniform flow is researched,and a mathematical model for waterhammer calculation and pump boundary condition with air release and variable wavespeed are presented,and waterhammer due to pump stoppage caused by power failure in long horizontal pipeline is calculated.Moreover,based on the calculation and analysis results,waterhammer protection problems arising in this system are also investigated and solved.
