| 摘 要： | Ｐｂ－Ｓｎ－Ｃｕ三元合金电镀中工艺参数对镀层性能的影响进行了试验，从而得到Ｐｂ－Ｓｎ－Ｃｕ三元合金电镀的优化工艺参数，通过优化试验，获得了最高硬度及最佳镀层成份的施镀工艺。

| Abstract: | Effects of process parameters in electroplating Pb Sn Cu on coating performance was examined, resulting in optimum process ones obtained. Electroplating technology for obtaining coating with highest hardness and best composition are proposed through optimization test. |
