窄分布2- 乙基己醇聚氧乙烯醚的合成和应用

考察了ＫＯＨ、ＥＸＢ、ＥＸＣ和ＥＸＦ等６ 种催化剂对２ 乙基己醇乙氧基化反应产物相对分子质量分布的影响,其中ＥＸＦ催化效果最佳,产物中未反应醇质量分数可降至４．５ ％ ;应用试验证实所得反应产物ＥＨＥＯ－３ ．０ 与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚配合使用,可使体系的润湿力由１１ｓ 提高至８ｓ,用在净洗剂配方中可使洗净率由９２．８％ 提高到９５ ．１％ 。

Synthesis and Applications of Ethoxylated 2-Ethylhexanol with Narrow-range Distribution

In this paper,the experiment results of six catalysts including KOH,EXB,EXC and EXF etc. for synthesis of ethoxylated 2 ethylhexanol 3.0 (EHEO-3.0) were discussed,and the catalyst EXF gave the best result,the unreacted ethylhexanol content was reduced to 4.5%,the experiment data showed that EHEO-3.0 was applicable in the formulations together with ethoxylated nonylphenol and its wetting power was improved from 11s to 8s,the degrease efficiency was increased from 92.8% to 95.1%.
